Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the role of creative leadership in improving the performance of employees in private hospitals in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To achieve the study objectives, the study used descriptive method.

The sample study consisted of 350 employees.

The results of the study showed that there is a strong direct relationship between creative leadership and employees' performance.

Based on the findings, the study recommends that strategies should be developed based on accurate criteria to detect creative and talented leaders.

Moreover, training programs should be developed for leaders to be able to have the capabilities to improve and increase employees' performance.

In fact, the discovery of creative and talented leaders is an important step to streamline business processes and procedures, moves away from centralization and enables employees to be creative and have a margin of freedom.
