Abstract EN

The study investigate the rule of Sharia sciences in achieving sustainable development focusing on the industrialization process as a model.

Employing the descriptive approach, the study aimed to create a knowledge ground showing that Sharia sciences do deal with the industrialization process in particular and sustainable development in general.

It has been found that Sharia sciences aims at achieving sustainable development.

Sharia sciences do not define a specific case, but rather give general views as s a general theory.

Sharia may give specific information or principles that control the process.

They give the manufacturing process a high level of importance.

The Sharia sciences may not give specific duties or obligations for industrialization but they rather leaves the matter to the experts and specialization.

The study came out with some recommendations among which is recommending the governments and development experts to get benefits from what the Sharia sciences provide with reference to sustainable development.
