English Abstract

Cities are generally linked to their centers whether the center is religious, historical, cultural, commercial or industrial.

The center gives a clear picture of the nature of the city and the way it is constructed.

The center is a mirror that reflects the true image of the city.

The largest gathering of activities and activities interacting with each other, which ultimately gives the real growth of the city, which depends on the future estimates in the expansion and development of tourism services The religious tourism center of the city of Kufa is one of the most important religious tourism attractions which has been one of the most important tourist attractions in attracting tourists from different parts of the world, so the research started from the idea that the religious tourism center in the holy city of Kufa is one of the best sites that can be planned tourism If the tourist potential of the holy shrines is invested in the optimal manner, which will eventually lead to the achievement of sustainable development, which will bear fruit on the members of the society from the employment of manpower and the elimination of unemployment and the provision of hard currency in particular.

And therefore it is possible to pay attention to religious tourism because it represents a source of financial resources through which the fiscal deficit that the state is suffering at present can be filled, especially after the drop in oil prices.
