Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of Recruiting of social studies teachers for the hidden curriculum within the classroom and its relation to the variable of experience.

For this purpose, the researchers developed a note card that accurately describes the degree of Utilizing the social studies teachers of the hidden curriculum within the classroom.

(18) teachers who teach social studies in the schools of Kasbah Ajloun through the use of direct observation method.

The results of the study showed that the arithmetic average of the degree utilizing of Social Studies Teachers of hidden parameters inside the classroom was (3.58) medium degree and a standard deviation was (0.35).

The statistical significance of the variable of years of experience was (0.115(, which is greater than the statistical significance level (0.05≥α).

This indicates that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (0.05≥α) between the arithmetic mean of the observations, Attributable to variable (number years of experience).

In light of these results, the two researchers recommended the need to pay attention to teaching the subject of hidden curriculum in the preparation of teachers and conduct studies to detect the risks of this type of curriculum in different educational stages and give training courses for curriculum planners on the subject of the hidden curriculum
