The establishment of the East Indi Company came as a result of the colonial in England in the latter half of the sixth century after the victory over the Spanish fleet in the Battle of Armada in 1855, the English rushed to search for new markets for their trade.

The declared goal in the beginning of the company`s establishment was commercial exchange with the East, and the company achieved huge profits after imposing its control on India, then the company worked after that to send commercial missions to the Arabian Gulf, and it succeed in imposing its control on the region, by obtaining concessions and concluding treaties, and then imposing protection on the Arab Gulf region, the company continued to achieve its goals and implement British policy until the year 1858,in the same year, it revolutionized India, forcing the British parliament to issue a decree freezing the company`s activity.
