Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of administrative leaders of transformational leadership and its relationship to lead change in some Saudi universities, and to achieve the goal of the study the researcher designed a questionnaire included (20) paragraph, the sample of the study consisted of (205) of the teaching staff in some Saudi universities for the academic year(1439-1440).The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods to analyze the data.

The study methodology is descriptive and analytical.

Sample Members at King Saud University In all areas, there are statistically significant differences for all axes of the total degree of transformational leadership attributed to variable nature of work, experience and gender in favor of males, and a statistically significant correlation between transformational leadership and change management.
