Abstract EN

The Study Aimed at Identifying The Role of University Academic Leaders to Transform Jordanian Public Universities to Productive Universities From the point of view of faculty members.

The descriptive method was used.

The study Sample consisted of (393) faculty members, the questionnaire was used as a tool for study.

The Results of the study showed that he Role of University Academic Leaders to Transform Jordanian Public Universities to Productive Universities came to a medium degree, and for all its fields.

The results of the study on individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of responses of the sample members of the Role of University Academic Leaders to Transform Jordanian Public Universities to Productive Universities due to the different variables (Academic level and the college).

While there were differences due to the gender variable and was in favor of male.
