Abstract EN

This paper tackles the argumentative value of some causative words used in the appeals of the Abbassian poets.

These words affect a lot the listener to the extent that makes him do what the speaker wants.

So we find the Abbassian poet tries to choose the causative words that he sees effective argumentatively in order to make his appeal succeed.

These words not only have argumentative value, they have persuasive value also so we find them used a lot by the poets in their appeals
