The main objective of the research stems from the identification of the role of organizational well-being and strategic performance in terms of linkage and influence, and in order to achieve the objectives of the research and answer its questions, the researcher was selected a sample of employees in the Babylon Governorate Statistics Directorate, and they represent the elite of employees of the Babylon Governorate Statistics Directorate from The scientific and leadership aspect, and the most capable of providing services with a high level of skill and scientific experience, this study will present numerical indicators that express the numbers reached by the researcher for the visions of workers in the Babylon Governorate Statistics Directorate for the two variables (organizational well-being and strategic performance) and then it will make the researched organization tend to build Its system, accurately diagnosing its social responsibility, as well as the ethics of management in order to reach the desired level of organizational well-being, as the size of this sample reached (60) employees, and the study was based on testing two main hypotheses for each hypothesis, a set of sub-hypotheses, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a way to obtain data to test performance The research used statistical non-parametric tools in analyzing and processing data and information The hypotheses were tested and the results were extracted for the purpose of reaching the results.
