The process of punctuating represent an important element in the textual space as linguistic functions that facilitate the process of organizing the book in addition to its modernist role in constructing the poetic text, which has earned it a visual function required by the nature of the cultural stage so that punctuation acquires structural, grammatical, aesthetic, psychological and contextual functions.

There are types of punctuation: the semi-visual punctuation has gained great importance among the poets of alienation, because it has an emotional spatial fragmentation that is similar to the emotions of the expatriate poet.

And by the way, a break of the temporal extension is achieved by emptying the emotion of the writer through these relationships, generating a visual break that draws the reader's gaze and prolongs his stay with it, seeking to clarify and interpret it.

Punctuation marks include two styles: the endowment marks and the intercept marks.
