Fatwa is highly valued among Muslims because of being considered as a judgement on behalf of Allah through illustrating religious provision.

Therefore, scholars conditioned a set of criteria for those who tend to deliver any religious provision which are knowledge, personality and behaviour.

However, some may disrespect these criteria causing miscomprehension and misconception the matter that necessitates criticizing through jurisprudence audit.

Taking hold on fatwa is a must procedure in this era which should be executed by the scholars despite the claims of violating freedom of speech or the right of opposition.
