Abstract EN

The study aimed at finding out the reality of the applying to principles of knowledge economy in the institution of higher education in the state of Kuwait.

To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was developed.

It consisted of (56) items.

Its validity and reliability were assured.

The study sample consisted of (200) Members.

The survey descriptive methodology was used.

The findings showed that the degree of appreciation of the reality of applying the principles of knowledge economy in the institutions of higher education in the state of Kuwait from the study subject's point of view was medium.

There were no significant differences in the degree of appreciation of the reality of applying the principles of knowledge economy in the institutions of higher education in the state of Kuwait attributed to sex variable on the total score.

In light of the study results, the researchers recommended the necessity to keep pace with all that is new to the development of institutional performance in light of the principles of the knowledge economy
