Abstract EN

Argumentation penetrates - as an analytical method - in most poetic texts، to set for a literary aesthetic situation that is justified by many cognitive connotations.

The current research has begun with a theoretical section that includes argumentation and detecting techniques included in Perlman's theory، then followed by the procedural practical part on a poetic literary text characterized by poetic argumentation charged with emotional flashes، supplemented by mental and transitional indications framed with a poetic weight chosen by the poet to accommodate the pangs of events and severe pains in an effective smooth.

The inclusion of emotional momentum in this poem، is the reason that excuses this study of argumentation، especially when it is on poetry text from the fourth century AH، to confirm that poetry as a creative construction is not without argumentation structures included in the synthetic formulations of the poet.

The text was subjected to literary disclosure and analysis according to Perelman's theory and his argumentation techniques in a persuasive influential reaction that showes strengths that enriched the text with a strong argumentation energy.

However، the poet’s creativity in his enriching text combines the aesthetic and artistic frameworks and includes persuasion leading to changing attitudes in line with the justice system in the form of an expressive construction that leads to “the pleasure of the text”.
