الهدف من الدراسة هو للتعرف و لمقارنة أثر ممارسة النشاط البدني و الرياضي للطلاب في تلك السنتين من الدراسة الأكاديمية في الجامعة (بلد الدراسة ) مع نمط و أسلوب الحياة المستقرة في الغالب.
حدد مجتمع البحث للطلبة فقط حيث تم اختيار عينة أوليه لمشروع الدراسة مكونة من 45 طالب من السنة الدراسية الأولى و 45 طالب من السنة الدراسية الأخيرة في الجامعة و تم اختيارها من الكليات و الأقسام المختلفة (العلمية و الإنسانية) من غير طلبة التربية البدنية، العراق.
و تم تطبيق بعض الأسئلة المعتمدة في مجال البحث العلمي للتعرف من خلالها على أثر ممارسة النشاط البدني و الرياضي للطلبة من خلال اعتماد بعض الاختبارات الخاصة باللياقة البدنية.
بالإضافة إلى استبيان النشاط الرياضي الذي يحتوي على20 سؤال حيث تم استبعاد اثنان منها و تم ملؤه بواسطة الموضوعات ذات الصلة.
Abstract EN
Background The aim of the research was comparison of physical fitness and sports activity of Iraqi students of the first and last years of study with mostly sedentary style of life.
Material/Methods The research involved 88 students of the first year of study and 45 students of the last year (Third Y) of study of the University of Misan, Iraq.
The researcher used basic some physical fitness test based on the International Physical Fitness Test Eurofit was used.
In addition Sports Activity Questionnaire with 18 questions was filled out by the subjects.
