Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the role of the management of private universities in Mogadishu in enhancing human relations.

this is done by investigating the extent to which the administration provides support for human relations among workers ; and direct contact with them.

this study also sheds light on the level of management practice by developing human relations among employees and students at the university, and its eagerness to gain confidence in its educational environment and the local community.

the researcher used the descriptive method of analysis, and the sample size of the study was (94) members of academic and administrative affairs at private universities, selected randomly.

the study reached results, including that the level of development of the administration of private universities in Mogadishu with human relations is good for workers, students, and the local community.
