Abstract EN

This research deals with the issue of prisoners and captivity and the ethics of dealing with them between Judaism, Christianity and Islam, and how the Jews who relied on biblical and perverted texts and Talmudic, and on the belief that the Jews are god’s chosen people ; the Christians in their gospels did not pay attention to the message of Jesus forgiveness and the texts of the gospel that urge mercy, love, and tolerance.

it is through research that the position of Islam - this definitive religion and the tolerant sharia that was revealed from god almighty in full and incomplete - is revealed to us, and its desire to protect prisoners and captives in Islamic law and their rights to good treatment, the sanctity of their torture, their rights to food, drink and clothing, and to shelter and health care, and chatting and responding to them, respecting their honor and reputation, and communicating with their families, preserving the unity of their families, their rights to practice religious rites, and the prohibition of killing a Muslim prisoner of others.
