This research dealt with clarifying the truth of the blood and its descriptions and the difference between them, through a comparative study in the Maliki's school of thought, based on evidence, rooting, discussion, and clarifying the reasons for the dispute, then weighting with a medical approach on the one hand and a realistic one on the other hand, by analyzing the results of a questionnaire about menstruation conditions distributed among 500 women.

the research concluded that the truth about the blood that a woman sees is either menstruation, postpartum, or metrorrhagia, and that the rule of yellowish and brownish discharge depends on the time of its appearance, it was also possible to identify the difference between menstruation and metrorrhagia, and to estimate the longest menstrual period.
