This current study aimed at identifying the role of the proper ergonomic rules in improving primary school pupils' playing classroom musical instruments.

For fulfilling the study objectives, the researcher adopted the qualitative approach and tackled the evolution of ergonomics, its significance in the field of music, its basic principles, and the ergonomic intervention for improving music playing environment, its conditions and the players' performance.

Then, the researcher provided a presentation of the general aims and objectives for teaching music to the grown-ups, and how to apply them practically in detail to the xylophone, the recorder and the accordion.
