Abstract EN

The purpose of the current study was to identify the issues that encounter the non-specialized teachers for science subject in the primary grade classes (first grade, second grade, and third grade) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A suggested solution for these issues will be introduced by establishing an alternative plan in case the school is not able to provide a licensed teacher in the science subject.

The data analysis conclusion that made by a survey with six science teachers, seven supervisors, and nine school leaders (principles) has shown that there is a struggle and time consuming for the non-specialized teacher for delivering the science knowledge indicating there must be a need to rectify this issue.

Recommendation from the survey report suggested that an intensive course in teaching method for science subject, visiting and exchange experience between the school are mandatory procedure in order to alleviate these issue between non-specialized teacher for science subject.
