Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of administrative empowerment on crisis management at the education al district of Al-Khafji governorate.

To achieve this aim the researcher adopted the descriptive correlational approach as a questionnaire of (30) items to measure empowerment and crisis management was administrated in a sample of (119) individuals.

The results of the study showed that the level of administrative empowerment and crisis management was in an average level.

There were no significant statistical differences attributed to gender and experience in both administrative empowerment and crisis management, while significant statistical differences appeared due to the effect of job title and in favor of supervisors.

The results also showed that the internal empowerment factors explained about 87.1% of the variation in crisis management, which means that there is a significant correlation between them.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.
