The purpose of this study was to examine Degree of possessing the competencies of trainers at the Educational training center in Al-Baha.
The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female trainees and was chosen by proportional stratified random sample.
The study was conducted in the first semester on 1435 ـــ 1436 AH.
To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was conducted to explore the competencies of trainers at the Educational training center in Al-Baha.
It consisted in its final stage of (34) paragraphs covering four fields.
Its validity and reliability was confirmed.
