The aim of the study is to identify the requirements for applying the Educational Accountability for the Leaders of Supervisory Management to Ensure the Quality of Education.
To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method, and relied on a questionnaire applied to a sample of (730) Supervisory Management and school leaders in Sharkia Governorate.
