The aim of the research is to identify The Requirements to the Development of Agricultural Technical Secondary Schools in the light of the Philosophy of Education andDual Training، Agricultural technical education Three- year –agricultural secondary education.

To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive method, and the research relied on the questionnaire.

The research reached many results, including: The most prominent regulatory requirements for the development Requirements to the Development of Agricultural Technical Secondary Schools, and Modification Agricultural Technical Secondary Schools in the light of the Philosophy of Education andDual Training.

The most prominent educational requirements were as follows Recognize the experiences of some developed countries in agricultural secondary teach preparation systems.

Suggesting a model of agricultural secondary teacher preparation system in Egypt in the light of the experiences of some developed countries pelting in consideration the conditions of the Egyptian environment
