Abstract EN

This study investigates one of the topics of the Qur’an, which is Qur’anic methodologies in applying Sharia.

In the preface, the two researchers explained the concept of the curriculum, the Qur’an, application, and Sharia in language and convention.

In the first topic, the two researchers talked about observing the gradation, and what pertains to it in beliefs, worship, transactions and behavior, and in the second topic on the observance of facilitation in the application of Sharia and the emphasis on pushing the embarrassment and hardship inherent in the assignment unless it collides with a legitimate text Take into account the text without it, And the third topic between the two researchers is taking into account the changes in reality, whether public or private, and the three investigations are considered among the methodologies of the Qur’an in the application of Sharia, which will keep the Islamic Sharia valid and favorable for every time and place.

The Qur’an has put in place a “wise” methodology in applying Sharia, including observance of (facilitation, progression and changes in reality), which would keep Islamic law valid and appropriate for every time and place.

As for the most important recommendations made by the researchers : The researchers recommend that science students, especially Islamic law, deal with the topics of the Qur’an, and demonstrate the urgent need for Qur’anic rules that guide those guided by the supreme Islamic law, and those aspiring and aspiring to implement them.
