The topic of ethics arbitration in media and advertising practices is the focus of many discussions between practitioners and researchers in the field of journalism in the face of imbalances brought about by technological developments at the level of information industry and its transmission and spread, especially in light of the inability of laws to curb the deviation of the profession from its correct path, which is the problem raised by this study, Which aims to highlight the sources of deviation and the necessity of giving priority to the professional conscience in media practice through what is proposed by charters, councils and bodies that have the ability to direct the behavior of professionals, improve media work, and a real alternative that fills the vacuum of legislation and establishes a more professional and responsible media towards society.
