تعتبر الهجرة الغير الشرعية مشكلة من المشاكل الاجتماعية و الديموغرافية التي نعايشها في الوقت الراهن، فقد شهدت هذه الظاهرة تزايدا مستمرا على الصعيد العربي والوطني بوجه خاص، فقد أصبحت تمثل هاجسا و انشغالا كبيرا لأنها تمس أهم شريحة في المجتمع ألا وهي شريحة الشباب الذين أصبحت بالنسبة لهم الهجرة الغير الشرعية الوسيلة الوحيدة لتحقيق طموحاتهم المستقبلية في الضفة أخرى من البحر (أوربا)، متحملين بذلك كل المخاطر و المهالك التي سيلقونها جراء ذلك(الموت غرقا، السجن، .

)للهجرة الغير الشرعية عوامل و أسباب عديدة و تخضع شأنها شأن ظاهرة الهجرة بشكل عام لعوامل التنفير و الجذب، فالبيئات الفقيرة التي لا تتوفر فيها سبل العيش الكريم تعتبر كعامل تنفير للسكان و العكس صحيح بالنسبة للبيئات الغنية، لأجل هذا نهدف من خلال هذا المقال التطرق إلى موضوع الهجرة الغير الشرعية في الجزائر من خلال تسليط الضوء على واقعها في العالم العربي و الجزائر و أهم العوامل و الاسباب المؤدية لها.

Abstract EN
Illegal immigration is one of the social and demographic problems we are currently experiencing.
This phenomenon has been on the increase at the Arab and national levels in particular, and it has become a major concern and concern because it affects the most important segment of society, which is the segment of young people, for whom illegal immigration has become the only means to achieve their future ambitions in the other side of the sea (Europe), thus bearing in mind the dangers and dangers they will cause (Death Gravin, imprisonment...).
Illegal migration is a source of many factors and causes, and the phenomenon of illegal migration in general is subject to the factors of mobilization and attraction.
Poor environments that do not have decent living are considered a source of alienation for the population, and vice versa for rich environments.

L'immigration illégale est un problème social et démographique que nous vivons actuellement.
Ce phénomène s'est accentué, en particulier aux niveaux arabe et national, car il touche le segment le plus important de la société, à savoir les jeunes, pour qui l'immigration illégale est le seul moyen de réaliser leurs aspirations futures dans une autre rive de l'Europe, en tenant compte des risques et des dangers que cela comporte.
Les migrations irrégulières sont des facteurs et des causes multiples et, comme l'immigration en général, des facteurs de fuite et d'attraction.
Les environnements pauvres dans lesquels il n'y a pas de moyens de subsistance décents sont considérés comme un facteur de désorganisation de la population et vice versa pour les pays riches.
