Abstract EN

This research deals with the phenomenon of possible recitations aspects that are duly correct in Arabic, but they are not permissible to recite with according to Al-Tabari.

All aspects of the recitations in which the Qur’anic word is being recited have been studied in this research, with a clarification of the grammatical and semantic directions of those recitations, both, permissible and impermissible.

The aspects of impermissible recitations cases duly correct in Arabic as per Al-Tabari and the other permissible recitations in Arabic have been highlighted.

The research, however, has tried to differentiate between the correct Qur’anic recitation and what is duly a correct aspect in Arabic from those which are impermissible to recite with according to scholars.

It discusses the scholars’ attitude towards these aspects and the reasons behind their impermissibility.

Then, a study on some chosen issues according to Al-Tabari were applied.

Finally, the research was concluded by showing the most important results that were reached, most importantly, that Al-Tabari did not permit some frequent and anomalous Qur’anic recitations, based on his argument that they are either not frequent, anomalous, not being recited by many, or not familiar for him in the sense that he has never heard of.
