Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the level of implementation of strategic leadership, and change management in one of the governmental organizations, the College of Business Administration at Taibah University.

In addition, to identify the perceptions of the organization's employees regarding the processes of implementing strategic leadership and change management and their relationship.

And determine the requirements for developing the level of application of strategic leadership and improving the efficiency of the change process.

To achieve that, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, using a comprehensive survey to the community of case study.

The study used descriptive and inferential methods to analyze the data.

The data were analyzed using (SPSS) program.

The study results indicated that: The level of implementation of strategic leadership and change management came with a medium degree, with a positive statistically significant relationship between strategic leadership practices and change management.

And there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) or less in the attitudes of study individuals about effective strategic leadership practices and managing change in the organization according to the difference of gender, age, and academic qualification.

The study recommended, the necessity of enhancing the implementation of strategic leadership, which contributes to the success of change process, taking into account the characteristics of the study sample.
