the barbaric policy was of great importance in french colonial stratedgy, the protectorate's men considered it most efficient to the consolidation of the french domination over Morocco, to understand this policy, its compalsory to sok, its origins, causes, and shod light on the role of Marishal Lyautey, the first resident General in Morocco, in establishing its origins, besides to talk about the result of this policy we need to give much care for Moroccan people attitude and their reaction toward this policy, especelly before the issue of the berber decree in 1930.
