Abstract EN

One of the main problems that arises in the Algerian political thought in particular is the problematic between civil society institutions which call to the promotion of this society and to keep up with the current challenges, as well as to give this society a modern touch, which goes hand in hand with the community demands to keep up with the rapid changes that have touched all aspects of life political, economic, social and cultural… etc.

and tribalism which urge through its specks to ruin these efforts by the asking one hand to tribal affiliation, and to cling to the authenticity, and not to be driven with the contemporary requirements'.

and on the other hand to the tribal partisan for personal narrow objects making it derailed from its social trajectory which is essential its existence.

for all that, we are trying in this study to focus on the most important challenge facing civil society institution in front of the growth of the phenomenon of tribalism and its spread in the Algerian society
