Property is as old as man on this planet, because it has a strong relationship with the possession of funds and actions in it, it was and remains and will remain the goal of all mankind in their short journey on this planet.

This is because man is a mountain of love for money, possession, selfish instinct and self-love.

The instinct of love of possession has become entrenched in the minds of human beings, individuals, groups of nations and governments.

Property has become the source of all troubles, nightmares and afflictions.

Several conflicts and conflicts have lasted for a while, and wars are difficult to extinguish, and this is evident by the extrapolation and tracing of the nations through their past to their present.

The first system of ownership was traditionally based on collective tribal societies.

So that all individuals participate in the ownership of funds, as a result of the nature of their lives, which was limited to some primitive activities, and then evolved through the ages into common ownership and then to individual ownership.

And when Islam came to the system of social justice, recognizing the right of ownership, we organized the property in the best way and controlled it with rules and had special provisions, and restricted the freedom to dispose of it after it was olute, all for the benefit of society and the state together.
