These researchers have objected to a number of important issues in this area, including the constant debate about the similarity and differences in the texts of popular stories, and the extent to which they are indicative of the common or different origin of them, but the most prominent of which is the problem of categorizing popular stories and the problematic term that stand in front of researchers.

The research aims to highlight the value of popular stories in the lives of ancestors, because of the social, ethical, cultural, human and other dimensions that are closely related to everyday life at that time.

One of the results of this research is the participation of researchers in their definition of popular stories despite the different terms, we find those who call superstition a fairy tale, popularity or symbolism, but the concept is the same.
