تروم هذه الدراسة استنطاق مختلف التوجهات و الرؤى و المنطلقات و التصورات المنهجية و المعرفية و النظرية حول نظرية النص، بدءا بمفهوم النظرية( اللغوي و الاصطلاحي)، و النص و إشكالية المفهوم، مع تحديد مفهوم النص عند الغرب و بيان المعايير النصية مع التطرق إلى مفهوم النص عند بعض النقاد العرب القدامى و المحدثين، مرورا إلى بيان مفهوم التناص في النقد الغربي، وصولا إلى مفهوم التناص في النقد العربي.
Abstract EN
This study aims at investigating different approaches, perspectives, perspectives, methodological, cognitive and theoretical concepts On the theory of the text, starting with the concept of theory (linguistic and idiomatic), the text and the problematic concept, with the definition of the text in the West and the statement of textual standards with reference to the concept of the text of some Arab critics old and modern, through to the statement of the concept of interdependence in Western criticism, to The concept of interdependence in Arab criticism.

Cette étude vise à étudier différentes tendances, visions, perspectives, concepts méthodologiques, cognitifs et théoriques .Sur la théorie du texte, à commencer par le concept de théorie (linguistique et idiomatique), le texte et le concept problématique, avec la définition du texte en Occident et la déclaration de normes textuelles en référence au concept de texte de certains critiques arabes anciens et modernes, en passant par la déclaration du concept d'interdépendance dans la critique occidentale, à Le concept d'interdépendance dans la critique arabe.
