Qatar, is making large investments abroad and attracting foreign investments through its sovereign wealth fund, which it established in 2005, This analysis focuses on Qatari investments, deals with economic relations between Turkey and Qatar, and makes proposals on the future of cooperation between the two countries.

Despite the noticeable convergence in relations in recent years, thanks to the convergence of interests in regional issues and thanks to cultural convergence - the paper argues that Turkey has not obtained a sufficient share of Qatari investments.
