The study aimed to evaluate the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in distance education in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of parents in the city of Riyadh, and the study used the descriptive and analytical method by applying a questionnaire consisting of (47) items distributed on six main axes.

The questionnaire was applied to a random sample of parents of primary school students in Riyadh, and their number reached (310) (due to the large size of the original community).

The study found that the experience of distance education in primary schools in Riyadh in light of the Corona pandemic was a successful experience from the parents' point of view, with a general average of (2.93), and with a high degree of appreciation, as well as there was a variation in the degree of parents ’evaluation of different levels.

On the distance education experience, as their evaluation of the distance education experience in light of the Corona pandemic at the level of parents came in first place, with an average (3.54), and with a very high degree of appreciation, Then the evaluation of the experience at the level of the pupils came in second place, with an average of (3.17), and with a high degree of appreciation, and the evaluation of the experience at the level of means of communication and technology used came in third place, with an average of (3.08), and with a high degree of appreciation, as came the evaluation of the experience at the level of teaching and learning The curricula ranked fourth, with an average (2.85), and with a high grade.

Then, the evaluation of the experience came at the teacher level, with an average (2.49), with a medium grade.

Finally, the evaluation of the experience came at the level of primary school administration, with an average of (2.48), and with a moderate grade.

The study concluded by presenting a set of recommendations in light of the results, the most important of which is directing primary school administrations to increase the involvement of parents in educational plans for distance education systems, and developing a plan for training teachers on the distance education system
