Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the satisfaction degree of the parties to the educational process on the general educational supervisor in Jordan the parties to the educational process.

The sample consists of (1166) individuals.

The tool of the study was consisted of six domains (45) items, and focus groups, Data analysis was used SPSS Program.

The study found the degree of general satisfaction with the role of general supervisor (72%).

And the highest level of satisfaction was in the domain of support of the general supervisor provided to the school (75%), support of the general supervisor provided to the teacher (73%), support of the general supervisor provided to the local community (71%), professional development of the general supervisor (70%), then two domains general supervisor support provided to the competent supervisor and support of the general supervisor provided to the directorate in the same percentage (69%(.

The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05) in the level of satisfaction with the estimates of the parties to the educational process between department head and School manager in favor of the school manager, between the head department and teacher and in favor of the teacher, Then the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the experience variable in the level of different satisfaction of the estimates of the parties to the educational process.

Researcher’s recommendations suggested was proposed, among them the selection of the general educational supervisor in accordance with clear criteria and foundations, and a review of the job description of the general educational supervisor so that his role does not intersect with the roles of the head of Training, Qualification and Supervision Department The educational and the specialized educational supervisor, sensitizing the educational process parties to the role of the general educational supervisor, and the educational supervision based on the results management.
