Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the leadership pattern of educational leaders, to know the level of the professional Burning- out among the teachers in general education schools in Qassim region, and determining the relationship between leadership patterns and the professional Burning- out among the teachers in general education schools in Qassim region.

The researcher made a questionnaire that consisted of two aspects; (leadership patterns - professional Burning- out), the study tool was applied to a sample of (368) teachers of general education in Qassim region..

The results of the study found that the general leadership patterns that used by educational leaders in general education schools in Qassim region were the Democratic pattern, followed by the Autocratic pattern, then the Neglectful pattern.

The level of availability of professional Burning- out among general education teachers in Qassim region was at a (intermediate) level ,there were also statistically significant correlation between leadership patterns and professional Burning- out, where the relationship was negative in the case of the democratic pattern of leadership, and positive in the case of the autocratic and the neglectful patterns of relations.
