إن عملية تنمية الموارد البشرية تعتبر من أولويات أي مؤسسة تسعى إلى تحقيق الريادة، على اعتبار أن تنمية المورد البشري تعد الحجر الأساسي لأي تطوير تنظيمي، وذلك لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في سوق العمل و لعل السبيل إلى ذلك، يكمن في مواكبة التكنولوجيا الحديثة و استغلالها في تنمية مواردها البشرية، وذلك بالتركيز على عمليات تنمية المورد البشري

The human resource development process is one of the priorities of any institution seeking leadership, since human resource development is the cornerstone of any organizational development, in order to keep up with the evolution of the labor market and perhaps the way to do it, is to keep pace with modern technology and use it to develop its human resources, focusing on the processes of human resource development.
