Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the role of government school principals and educational supervisors in employing e-learning skills from the viewpoint of English language teachers in the capital, Amman.

The study followed the descriptive survey approach.

The sample members were randomly selected, reaching (150) English language teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (30) items was built as a study tool.

The results showed: The estimates of government school principals and educational supervisors for their role in employing e-learning skills from the viewpoint of English language teachers in the capital Amman were high, with a mean of (3.71).

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of English language teachers of the role of government school principals and educational supervisors in employing e-learning skills in the capital, Amman, due to any of the two study variables, namely the service and the educational stage.

The study recommended the necessity of training some public school principals and educational supervisors who employ e-learning to a moderate degree in public schools.
