Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to track the phenomenon of spelling mistakes in the third grade students, by revealing the level of proficiency of students in spelling skills.

A diagnostic test was used based on the general framework of curricula issued by the Department of Curricula in the Ministry of Education in Jordan.

The results showed that the level of mastery of the spelling skills was (62%), and the results showed that the level of mastery of the students The skills are different F-axis spelling skills, in addition to that was the difference in the level of mastery of the skills of spelling at the significance level (0.05) alpha is attributed to the sex and that the female average Alamathn higher than the average male signs in favor.
