The study aimed to identify the reality of organizational agility at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh.

The obstacles to their implementation and ways to improve them, To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon, The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of (30) items divided into three main axes.

The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (110) female workers at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh, so the two researchers recovered (100) a valid questionnaire.

The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the reality of organizational agility at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University was high, with a relative weight (83.99%).

It was found that Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University and its leaders do not face obstacles in the application of organizational agility, as the level of these obstacles was average with relative weight.

(51.99%), the most prominent of which was the ignorance of some administrative units of the decision-making mechanisms, and their lack of access to adaptation to environmental variables.

The most prominent ways to activate and improve organizational agility at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University are to benefit from information systems in decision-making and educate leaders about managing technical knowledge, and the university's reliance on a high-speed and high-quality information and communication network.

In light of the results of the study, the two researchers recommended the importance of the university administration possessing agile means of sensing events, by examining and monitoring environmental factors and variables that have an impact on the university’s activity, and paying attention to building the capabilities and skills of university leaders, especially aspects of building agile and purposeful strategies.
