Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of the school leader in discovering the talents of female students with mental disabilities, the role of the school leader in caring for the talents of female students with mental disabilities from the point of view of teachers, and to know the proposals to discover and care for the talents of female students with mental disabilities by the school leader.

The study used the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data.

The study tool was applied to the teachers in the integration schools attached to them a mental disability program in Riyadh city.

The study sample included (109) from the special education female teachers and the public education female teachers.

The results showed : A high degree of agreement on (the school leader's role in discovering the talents of female students with mental disabilities) and (the school leader’s role in nurturing the talents of female students with mental disabilities) with arithmetic average (3.6) for the first and (3.5) for the second, which indicates the option (Agree) on the research instrument.

There is a great approval for the proposals for discovering and caring for the talents of female students with mental disabilities by the school leader with arithmetic average (4.07), which indicates the option (Agree) on the research instrument.
