Abstract EN

The lexicon represents a basic manifestation(aspect) of the Qur’anic miracle, due to its nature and distinctive features, and most notably it represents the environment of revelation through its inclusion of borrowed terms from other languages that coexisted with the Arabic language for some reasons; in specific contexts within the Qur’anic stories with the presence of the Arabic equivalent in circulation.

There have been many positions on the issue between what is evil and proven, and for all its evidence, but understanding the meaning and discussing the significance supports the second opinion, and it is considered one of the representations of the power of the Arabic language.

This research paper seeks to demonstrate the eloquence of these terms in depicting events and their strength in representing these values through researching semantics of Arab (Semitic) words in some Quranic stories in their relationship with context and denomination; the research will focus on the story of Joseph and the story of Ibrahim, peace be upon them.
