تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر رأس المال البشري التعليمي في النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر في الأجلين الطويل و القصير.
وتم استخدام نموذج (VECM) خلال الفترة (1970-2017م)، و بينت نتائج الدراسة أن رأس المال البشري التعليمي المعبر عنه بعدد حاملي الشهادات العليا يكون تأثيره في النمو الاقتصادي في الأجل الطويل فقط، أما في الأجل القصير فيكون غير معنوي.
بينما سعر البترول يكون تأثيره إيجابيا و معنويا في الأجلين الطويل و القصير
Abstract EN
This study aims to measure the impact of educational human capital on the economic growth in Algeria in the long and short term.
The VECM was used as a model during the period (1970-2017).
The results of the study have shown that the educational human capital expressed in the number of graduates, Its impact on economic growth is only in the long term, whereas in the short term it is not significant, While the price of oil has a positive and significant effect in the long and short term.
