This study aims to clarify the various forms of initiatives undertaken by the Algerian state in order to eliminate all forms of discrimination and impose equality between the sexes, whether by signing international agreements or national procedures.

Through this study and using the descriptive approach, Algeria has achieved its goal and established By integrating women in various fields of life and improving all development indicators related to health, education and work, as the percentage of schooling for females increased, and the rate of women's participation in various economic, political and social activities.
