Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the concepts of knowledge economy and sustainable development and their most important indicators, And learn about their reality in Algeria and Tunisia, in addition to clarifying the role of adopting a knowledge economy in sustainable development, the results indicated that Algeria and Tunisia have lagged far behind in the digital field, despite their efforts in this field; however, this did not allow them to advance towards a knowledge economy.
