Since independence, Algeria has tried to formulate a tourist policy aimed at the clientele the creation of equipment which is intended for the masses through their character of "High standing", which led to very high prices, neglecting their and specify them for the national clientele, However, the new tourism policy in Algeria did not give much of the country's heritage potential, and presented this possibility on a short list that was not comprehensive.
Where the development of tourism investment in Algeria is still in embryonic state due to some obstacles that slow down the process and make it more vulnerable
