The Judgment on the hadeeth between acceptance and refusal, an analytical study through which the researcher aimed to discover the scientific reasons leading to the differences between the contemporary scientists in the issue accepting and refusing the hadeeth, and whether this difference in its reality due to the absence of a controlled scientific methodology among the scientists or what is it? the study is very small in its whole but still attempts to mention some examples and evidences that reveal the cause of the difference, not all of the issues since they take long time and cannot be limited to a small scientific study.

the study indicates at some of the controls that have been set by the scientist to control the issue acceptance and refusal.

through this study the reader’s horizon expands more than what he has previously known, and knows cause of this difference taking place between the science followers, and it is a natural difference occurs in all sciences and arts, as we will see in the god’s wish.
