The study aims to demonstrate the reality of the practice of social responsibility in the global companies (Microsoft model) by clarifying the various concepts of social responsibility and dimensions and knowledge of the most important initiatives on social responsibility by Microsoft, and the study concluded that Microsoft is committed to work continuously to fulfill its responsibilities Towards societies from all over the world as well as several initiatives in the exercise of social responsibility such as Hooray for Giving and Spark Youth.

The study also suggests the need for institutions to provide services and initiatives of value to society in addition to their economic objectives.
