Abstract EN
In a context of increased competition, vocational training is considered an important lever for increasing the productivity and competitiveness of companies.
This strategic importance is driving managers to use internal audit as a tool to control and improve the management of this function.
In order to understand the importance of internal audit in the effective management of training, we carried out an internal audit mission of this function within the company ENAGEO, a subsidiary of the oil group SONATRACH.
This case study allowed us to confirm the positive contribution of internal audit to the improvement and efficiency of training management.
